North Pole Behaviour Department is a trading name of Wickedly Innocent Limited, a company registered in Northern Ireland (Company number …). Wickedly Innocent Ltd respects your privacy and we will only collect, store and use your personal details to support and enhance our relationship with you. We are committed to protecting your personal data and will treat your information with the utmost care and security. We do not sell your personal details.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
When you carry out actions such as the following on our website:

- Place an order
- Opt-in to our Newsletter
- Contact us via phone or email
we may collect personal details from you, including
- Your name
- Postal address (to ship your order to)
- Email address (to send you an order confirmation email and updates on your order status. If you opt-in to our newsletter, we will also periodically send you emails on competitions, special offers, the launch of new products, product availability and any relevant information we think may interest you. We use MailChimp for this service)
- Phone Number (should we need to contact you about your order)
- Order personalisation details (ie. Children’s names for us to personalise your packs or letters).
- Information about how you access and use our website (ie. IP address, browser, operating system or referring website address). We use this information to help analyse and understand how you use our website to help improve its functionality and the products we offer.
- Customer Account Data (your login information – username/email address and password, orders made by you, or items stored in your basket)
- Cookies (which we will discuss in further detail below).
- We keep records of any emails you send us, so that we can keep up to date about any problems or queries you have or have had in the past.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share them with any third parties. All payment transactions are securely made via the PayPal website.
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Customer and order details will be kept securely until you ask us to remove it. (Please note that purchase information retention is subject to regulations which we must adhere to – eg tax and accountancy purposes)
You will be subscribed to our Newsletter until you opt-out. (You can easily unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of any of our Newsletter emails).
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & DATA PROTECTION
This website may include links to third-party websites or plug-ins (for example PayPal who securely process all of our transactions). Clicking on those links may allow third parties to collect data about you. We do not control these third-party websites so we encourage you to also read their Privacy Policies too.
Third-party providers used by us will only use your information to allow them to perform the necessary services they provide to us (for example to process payments or send email correspondence you have consented to receive). We do not provide them with personal information that is not required to fulfil these services (such as the personalisation details specific to the item you have ordered). MailChimp hold our subscriber list on a secure server and will not sell this list or contact you with regards their own or other companies marketing purposes. If you would like to opt-out of our newsletter, we would be sorry to see you go, but make it very easy for you to unsubscribe. Simply follow the link at the bottom of any of our Newsletter emails. You can also contact us and we will remove you from the subscriber list.
We may also use your data if we need to comply with a legal obligation or to prevent fraud.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The directors of Wickedly Innocent Ltd will have access to the personal information you provide to us, as well as any staff who will be responsible for fulfilling your order. We use Royal Mail to post our orders and they will have access to your information to allow them to deliver to the correct person and address.
By placing an order on our website, you are consenting to the collection, processing and use of this information by Wickedly Innocent Ltd. If we ask for your personal data for marketing purposes, we will ask you for your explicit permission, if not already given.
As previously mentioned, if you wish to opt-out, you can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time. You can opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link on our newsletter emails or by contacting us at email@example.com
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, so we are committed to ensuring your personal information is secure. We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your personal information is not inappropriately lost, accessed, disclosed or misused. Please note that where a password has been used on our website, it is your responsibility to ensure that this password is kept confidential. Also, be aware that non-sensitive details such as your email address are transmitted normally over the internet, and as such this can never be 100% guaranteed as secure. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.

This will give you the opportunity to decide whether to accept it and you may also delete Cookies at any time. You have the right to see what is being held about you and how we hold it. You can also request that any inaccuracies be corrected. You have the right to request that we delete your data in some circumstances and you can stop direct marketing emails at any time by unsubscribing on any newsletter. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data. However, if your request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee. We may need to request specific information from you in order to confirm your identity. This ensures that personal data is not disclosed to anyone that doesn’t have the right to receive it. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time, usually up to one month.
